We started Lumora in 2021 because the cleaning industry stopped feeling personal. Big franchises rotate cleaners every week and leave you re-explaining your home. We do the opposite.
Lumora is owned and operated by Rosangela Sutil and Luciana Alves: two trusted owner-operators who do every cleaning personally. We started in 2021 after years of seeing the same problems in the cleaning industry: rotating crews, no accountability, harsh chemicals nobody wanted in their home.
We're still the same two faces showing up at your door. We know which floors need the gentle pH-neutral cleaner. We remember that your dog hides under the couch when the vacuum starts. We know your guest bathroom needs extra attention before your in-laws visit.
That kind of knowledge can't be transferred to a new cleaner every week. It's built over time, and it's the reason our clients on Thumbtack call us “like family” in their reviews.
