We started Lumora in 2021 because the cleaning industry stopped feeling personal. Big franchises rotate cleaners every week and leave you re-explaining your home. We do the opposite.
Lumora is owned and operated by Rosangela Sutil and her daughter Luciana: a real mother-daughter team that does every cleaning personally. We started in 2021 after years of seeing the same problems in the cleaning industry: rotating crews, no accountability, harsh chemicals nobody wanted in their home.
Five years and 100+ homes later, we're still the same two faces showing up at your door. We know which floors need the gentle pH-neutral cleaner. We remember that your dog hides under the couch when the vacuum starts. We know your guest bathroom needs extra attention before your in-laws visit.
